摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct prokaryotic expression vectors containing the extracellular domain gene of human EpCAM.Methods PCR the sequence of human EpCAM protein extracellular domain gene ,the target gene was con-nected to T vector,and constructed pET32a-EpCAM and pcold-TF-EPCAM expression vectors by endonuclease reac-tion.Results EpCAM was successfully connected with pET 32a and pcold-TF plasmids by gene sequencing .Con-clusion The construction and identification of human EpCAM protein extracellular domain gene expression vectors provided basis for its further research .关键词
