A Dynamic Economic Dispatching Model for Power Grid Containing Wind Power Generation System
摘要
Abstract
In power system economic dispatching the influences brought by fluctuation and randomness of wind power should be taken into account. Leading in probability constraints, the probability of implementing the scheduled output of wind farm is defined, and a dynamic economic dispatching (DED) model, in which the wind power is regarded as a random variable, for power grid containing wind farms is researched. By means of calculating the difference between the conditional expectation of actual wind farm output in next dispatch-day and the scheduled wind farm output, the demand of wind power on positive and negative spinning reserve is determined. Utilizing the concept of quantile, the random dispatching model containing probability constraints is transformed into an equivalent deterministic model. An improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) is put forward to solve the transformed deterministic model. Simulation results show that such a power system dynamic economic dispatching model can effectively cope with the change in demand of reserve due to the grid-connection of wind farm, and using the obtained dispatching scheme more cost can be saved under the premise of ensuring power system reliability.关键词
