考虑风光互补的间歇性能源准入功率极限研究
Research on Penetration Level of Intermittent Energy Considering Wind and PV Hybrid System

Abstract
The energy crisis and environmental pollution make the renewable energy such as wind energy and solar energy becoming burgeoning alternative-energy resources. However, in view of the great affection of randomness and intermittence of renewable energy on power grid, the penetration levels of renewable energy resources are limited. Based on the research on random distribution features of wind speed, sunshine intensity and load at different time in different seasons, the relation of wind energy, photovoltaic energy and load in the time aspect are considered. On the basis of chance constraint programming model of wind farm penetration power limit, the influences of peak load regulation by wind power and grid-connected PV generation are taken into account, thus a penetration level model for grid-connection of wind power and PV generation is proposed and established, and this model is solved by random Monte Carlo simulation based improved genetic algorithm (GA). The effectiveness of the proposed method and model is verified by test results and simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system. Besides, the influences of characteristics of peak load regulation by wind power and grid-connected point of PV generation on penetration level of wind power and PV generation are compared.关键词
