System Identification for NARX Model of Photovoltaic Grid-Connected Inverter

Abstract
A new identification and modeling method for single-phase inverter is proposed. Regarding the single-phase inverter of grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system as a black box, only collecting external data at input and output sides of the single-phase inverter and performing nonlinear system identification by nonlinear auto regressive with exogenous input (NARX) model a relatively accurate mathematical model of the single-phase inverter can be achieved, while the internal circuit and the switch topology and parameters of the single-phase inverter as well as the type and logical relation of its control system are not needed. The experiments of the proposed method are carried out by a grid-connected PV system with capacity of 7.68 kW, and the validity of the proposed method is verified by experimental results.关键词
