Research on Technical Standard for Reliability Assessment of Medium Voltage Distribution Networks

Abstract
Based on the domestic reliability status of medium voltage distribution networks, the key issues of reliability evaluation models, parameters and methods are analyzed; and the reasonable disposal methods are given, in which the relationship between reliability evaluation and reliability statistics can be established. Moreover, some normative suggestions about evaluation indexes, models, parameters, methods, processes, software designs, test examples and report contents are systematically put forward. The effects of load switches, load variation, equipment capacity constraint and load shedding can be taken into account in the designed test examples. Meanwhile, some specific requirements of assessment process, software and report are made clear. The proposed report contents of reliability index and bottleneck analysis, reliability improving measures and effects can ensure the integrity, technology depth and practicality of reports. The presented test example indicates that the suggestions are practical and operable, thus providing the reference for the development of technical standards for reliability evaluation of medium voltage distribution systems.关键词
