番鸭细小病毒 VP3基因克隆和序列分析
Cloning and Sequence Analysis of VP3 Gene of Muscovy Duck Parvovirus
摘要
Abstract
To investigate variation status of muscovy duck parvovirus gene,the VP3 gene was cloned by PCR,which we named as AH-MDPV-VP3.And we compared AH-MDPV-VP3 with the sequence of nine VP3 genes of muscovy duck,goose and duck parvovirus in the GenBank database.By alignment of the ten gene sequences,the higher homologies between AH-MDPV-VP3 and the KC171936 and KM093740 se-quences of muscovy duck parvovirus isolated in China were found,100% and 98.3% repectively,indcating a close genetic relationship with a common ancestor of evolution.And the homologies with goose parvovir-us were lower,particularly,the AY382891 and AY382892 sequences of duck parvovirus isolated in Taiwan were 91.6% and 90.8%,the genetic distances also were farther.Moreover the VP3 gene of muscovy duck,goose and duck parvovirus were relatively conservative with several amino acid mutations.The mo-lecular characteristics of muscovy duck parvovirus VP3 gene were preliminarily obtained.And this study laid the foundation of immune diagnosis and prevention and control of muscovy duck parvovirus.关键词
