摘要

Abstract

The antibacterial activity of water extract of the Pulsatilla chinensis combining with antibacterial agents was studied against E.coli which both produce fosA3 and ESBLs genes ,it would be as a theoretical basis to treat diseases caused by drug-resistant bacteria.The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)of water extract of Pulsatilla chinensis and antibacterial agents were tested through twice micro-dilution method.The drug-resistant E.coli were induced by the 1/2 MIC of water extract of Pulsatilla chinensis combining with antibacterial agents.The result indicated that the MIC of water extract of Pulsatilla chinensis was over 0.5 g/mL.The antibacterial activity of antibacterial agents were strengthened and the MIC of antibacterial agents were reduced significantly when the 0.5 g/mL of water extract of Pulsatilla chinensis combined with thirteen antibacterial agents respectively.Diseases can be treated by water extract of Pulsatilla chinensis combined with antibacterial agents which caused by drug-resistance bacteria.
