摘要
Abstract
As a member of Caliciviridae family,Feline calicivirus (FCV)is not only a significant pathogen of Felidae,but also an important surrogate for studying human norovirus.FCV has a worldwide distribution and is a huge threat to all the Felidae health.The diagnosis of FCV is mainly depende on laboratory detec-tion and there is no specific drug for its cure.Besides,none of the present vaccines have been shown to be completely protective against all strains of FCV.This review focused on the advanced research progress on FCV and the diagnosis and treatment of its associated diseases,which provide insight into FCV and its as-sociated diseases.关键词
