摘要
Abstract
The FGFs are a kinds of polypeptides participating in a variety of biological life activity.FGFs play biological function roles in cell proliferation,migration and differentiation as well as other functions during mammal organogenesis.There has been proved that FGFs participate in regulating the process of mouse lung's development.And its abnormal expression can lead to lung cancer,pulmonary fibrosis,as well as FGFs play a key role in lung wound healing.According to latest researches,this article summa-rized the function of related FGF ligands and FGF receptors in the lung's development of mouse and some related lung disease systematically.关键词
