我国部分省市牛副结核病的血清学调查与分析
Serological Investigation and Analysis of Bovine Paratuberculosis in Some Provinces of China
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the infection status and epidemic trend of bovine paratuberculosis in some provinces of China,this study used the ELISA kit to detect paratuberculosis from 3 600 bovine serum sam-ples collected from Hebei,Shanxi,Qinghai,Xinjiang,Tibet,Hubei and Chongqing provinces.The re-sults showed that the paratuberculosis antibodies were detected in all provinces,and the average positive rate was 2.29%.According to the samples collected from different provinces,the antibody positive rates were 3.75% in Shanxi,3.5% in Tibet,2.2% in Xinjiang,2% in Hebei,1.5% in Qinghai,0.75% in Chongqing and 0.5% in Hubei,respectively.According to the samples collected from variety sources,the antibody positive rates were 2.79% in cows,2.5% in yaks and 0.83% in beef cattle,respectively.Ac-cording to the sample sources,the antibody positive rates were 3.06% in scattered farms,2.75% in farm-er markets,2.1% in large scale farms and 0.17% in scale breeding farms,respectively.The survey re-sults showed that the rate of bovine paratuberculosis infection was very high in some provinces of China. The epidemiological investigation revealed the basic situation of the bovine paratuberculosis infection in some provinces of our country and provided a reference for the development of scientific prevention and control policy.关键词
