低磷饲粮添加植酸酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和骨骼发育的影响
Effects of Phytase Supplementation in a Low-Phosphorus Diet on Growth Performance, Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Bone Development of Weaned Piglets

Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of phytase supplementation in a low-phosphorus ( P) diet on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and bone development of weaned piglets. Thir-ty-five healthy crossbred piglets ( Duroc × Landrace × Large) with an initial average body weight of ( 7. 62 ± 0.44) kg, which were weaned at age of 21 days, were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 7 replicates per group and 1 piglet per replicate. The piglets in control group was fed a basal diet only, and the piglets in exper-imental groups were fed the low-P diet [ pre-starter: calcium ( Ca) 5. 1 g/kg, available phosphorus ( AP) 2.0 g/kg; starter: Ca 4.6 g/kg, AP 1.6 g/kg] supplemented with 0, 250, 500, 1 000 FTU/kg phytase, re-specatively. The whole trial lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with control group, supplementation with 1 000 FTU/kg phytase significantly increased average daily feed intake and aver-age daily gain of weaned piglets from day 15 to day 21 and day 1 to day 21 ( P<0.05) , but there was no sig-nificantly affect on feed to gain ratio ( P>0. 05 ) . 2 ) Compared with control group and low-P diet group, phytase supplementation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, Ca, P and total energy ( P<0.05) , with 1 000 FTU/kg phytase supplementation was the highest. 3) Compared with control group, supplemented with 1 000 FTU/kg phytase significantly increased the length of third metacarpal bone ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, supplementation of phytase in corn-soybean meal low-P diet ( AP 1.6 to 2.0 g/kg) can improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients, enhance the growth performance and bone development of weaned piglets, decrease feed economic costs, and the optimum supplementary amount of phytase is 1 000 FTU/kg.关键词
