Abstract
Different withering ways and manipulating techniques for white tea used in practice,and the physiological changes during the process were summarized. In order to guarantee the quality of white tea,the withering parameters,such as tem-perature,humidity,airflow,treating time,should be designed according to the requirement of tea quality during manipula-tion process,raw materials,environmental conditions,equipment capability,and the weather.关键词
