Effect of Fertilizations on Yield and Quality of Anoectochilus roxburghii
摘要
Abstract
Effect of fertilizations on the growth,yield and dry matter content of Anoectochilus roxburghii plantlets was investigated.Among various fertilization treatments,the over-all growth performance of the plantlets was best by using Peters Professional No.1 in 0.1% water dilution one month after planting followed by fertilizing once every 10 days in spring and autumn,then,once a month in summer and winter.During the 12-month cultivation time period,the plantlets were not infected by any diseases,and showed the following results on the growth indices:(a)a survival rate of 86.0%,(b)a fresh weight increase of 138.1%,(c)a dry weight of 279 mg per plant,and (d)a DW/FW ratio at 11.2%.Consequently,it appeared that the selected fertilization could be recommended for the cultivation of A.roxburghii.关键词
