Advances on the receptors of Avian infectious bronchitic virus
摘要
Abstract
Avian infectious bronchitis is a high contagious disease,resulted in huge economic loss and threaten poultry husbandry worldwide.The causative agent,Avian Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV),belonged to Coronaviridae of Nidovirales.The attachment of IBV to the receptor on the surface of host cells is the first stage of virus infection,through which virus can entry the cell.Study on the receptors of IBV is significant in understanding the pathogenesis and immunologic mechanism of IBV.This article mainly described the recent advances on the receptors of IBV,including aminopeptidase N,heparan sulfate and sialic acid.关键词
