摘要
Abstract
A white gill disease, caused by Iridovirus perhaps, broke out in cage cultured large yellow croaker (Pseudosciaena crocea) in the Luoyuan Bay from July to October in 2012. The genome DNA of disease fish was extracted from gill, liver, spleen, kidney and go-nads respectively, and used for the PCR detection of Iridovirus. As a result, the virus gene was detected in the genome DNA from liv-er, spleen and kidney. Through analysis, the sequences ly1 and ly2 acquired were of high identity with the reported sequences of large yellow croaker(P.crocea) Iridovirus AY779031 and red sea bream(Pagrosomus major) Iridovirus AB104413. During July to October the detection rate of sick fish infected by Iridovirus was 10%to 65%, and it did follow that the Iridovirus had a direct bearing on the fre-quent death of large yellow croaker (P.crocea) with white gill disease in the Luoyuan Bay.关键词
