Application of Kappa test for evaluation of PRV gE antibody ELISA kits
摘要
Abstract
To compare the consistency between the results of two different PRV gE antibody ELISA kits by Kappa test. 1 100 swine serum samples were tested by the PRV gE antibody ELISA kits produced by two different firms. The results showed that the two kits both had good repeatability, and the consistency rate was 98.2%. The Kappa value was 0.929 (95%CI:0.899, 0.959). two kits are both applicable to detect PRV gE antibody.关键词
