Abstract
In term of the issues lied in the urban contaminated site restoration and reuse, the article outlines the transition characteristics led by the “delicacy” management philosophy on the aspects of the future land using, ecological restoration technique selection, and maintenance approach-making. The characteristics led by the delicacy management in the practice of urban contaminated site restoration and reuse, are analyzed by the case study of superfund project Gowanus Canal in the city of New York. And some further thoughts on the regulation process of urban contaminated site specific restoration and reuse are also raised up.关键词
