正交设计法优化槐花中总黄酮的提取工艺
Optimization of extraction technology of total flavonoids in Sophora japonica L. by orthogonal design test
摘要
Abstract
To preferred the optimum extraction technology from the Sophora japonica L. Took the extraction rate of total flavonoids contained in Sophora japonica L as the evaluation index. Using L9(34) orthogonal design experiment, 3 factors such as medicinal material grinding degree, kind of alkali, extraction times were screened for Sophora japonica L extraction optimum process. Considered all kinds of factors, the optimal extraction conditions of the Sophora japonica L is C1B3A1, that is the Sophora japonica L is crushed into coarse powder, adjusting pH with lime water, extracting 3 times. This method provides a basis for improvement of extraction of total flavonoids from Sophora japonica L rate.关键词
