标准样品盘精密定位算法和自动进样系统研究
Research on standard sample plate precise positioning algorithm and automatic sampling system

Abstract
Demanding of the clinical laboratory instruments tending to be miniaturization and intel-lectualization ,a new 3D automatic sampling system which occupied the instruments'small space and could directly sample on the standard sample plate was designed .A precise positioning algo-rithm which was suitable for the automatic sampling system was built according to the relevant principles of geometry and kinematics .For further reducing the positioning error of the system , the number of drive pulses was calculated by the accumulator iterative algorithm .Based on the VS 2010 platform ,the system's operating software was developed by using the multi-threading technology .The results show that the system can quickly and accurately complete the sampling of the standard sample plate ,and meet the need for miniaturization of the clinical testing equip-ments .The automatic sampling system may have a great market prospects .关键词
