采煤机行走机构动态啮合特性分析
Characteristic analysis of dynamic meshing for shearer walking mechanism

Abstract
In order to investigate the dynamic characteristic of involute shearer walking mechanism and type Ⅲ pin gear ,the model of numerical analysis for dynamic meshing were established based on ANSYS/LS_DYNA .The influence of traction resistance and walking velocity on the behaviors of dynamic meshing for walking mechanism was discussed ,the variations of walking velocity fluc-tuation and mechanics of pitch line and tooth root in dynamic mesing for shearer walking mecha-nism were obtained .The contrast study shows that the traction resistance has a significant influ-ence on the variations of walking velocity fluctuation and mechanics of pitch line and tooth root . The tooth surface stress is low at the time of the meshing point nearby pitch line ,but the stress fluctuation in the process of meshing increases with the development of the traction resistance . The influence of the walking velocity on the duration of velocity fluctuation is considerable .With the raise of the walking velocity ,the peak loads decrease first and then increase slightly ,and the loads after the peak attenuate sharply .关键词
