基于结构谐振 CAE 分析的注塑机械手优化设计
Injection manipulator optimization design based on the CAE analysis of structure resonance

Abstract
Injection manipulator is a production equipment to automatically control the plastic pro-cessing .In practical work process ,injection manipulator generates structure resonance in condi-tion of fast response .It affects the positioning accuracy of manipulator . Parametric modeling method and CAE software were used to conduct the structure resonance finite element analysis of injection manipulator .Based on the multidisciplinary optimization design platform ,with the aim of reducing resonance ,the adaptive simulated annealing method was adopted to the optimization design in respect of the structure and the size of injection manipulator .Results show that ,manip-ulator platform vibration is reduced ,the positioning accuracy of manipulator is improved ,and the automation of the optimization design process is realized ,thus a systematic reference for the de-sign of similar production is provided .关键词
