摘要

Abstract

The compliances statics mechanics analysis method is generally used to analyse the per-formance of the compliant symmetric micro-displacement magnifying mechanism with the flexure hinge ,but the analysis process and the compliances calculation are very complicated ,so the au-thor presents a new analytical method ,in which each flexure hinge is transformed into rigid hinge and added a torsion spring on it whose equivalent stiffness is k ,the virtual work principle is used to analyse the transformed mechanism ,deduce the simple formulas about the input displacement , output displacement and the magnification ration .This method was used in the performance anal-ysis of the compliant 8-bars symmetric micro-displacement magnifying mechanism , the results were contrasted with the results obstained by the compliance statics mechanics analytical method and the finite element ,which indicated the consistency among them .The new method makes full use of the symmetry of the mechanism ,it greatly simplifies the computation and improves the ef-ficiency .
