Abstract
In order to solve technical and management problems of heavy workload of signal acquisition and station end trans-formation as well as heavy monitoring working pressure for provincial dispatchers caused by direct control on 500 kV substa-tion by provincial automatic voltage control (AVC)of traditional tertiary voltage control method,a kind of distributed in-telligent coordination and control method of provincial dispatching AVC realizing overall optimization and regional dispatc-hing AVC realizing direct control was proposed.This method was a new innovation in engineering implementation of tertia-ry voltage control system which could not only ensure coordinated optimization of voltage reactive power in the whole power grid but also reduce difficulties of engineering implementation,workload of operation and maintenance and working pressure of operation and management.Application in four pilot 500 kV substations of Shunde,Kuifeng,Zhenzhou and Xiangshan of Guangdong power grid verified feasibility and effectiveness of this method.关键词
