循环流化床机组烟气脱硝控制系统改进
Improvement of Flue Gas Denitration Control System of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers
摘要
Abstract
Due to low initial emission concentration of NOx of CFB (circulating fluidized bed)boilers,the flus gas removal efficiency of NOx is required to be 50%~80%.With the requirements of super-low emission policy,the application of selec-tive non-catalytic reduction (SNCR)denitration technology in CFB boilers is retrofitted from the former cascading control in accordance with the characteristics of the reaction and influencing factors.The control quality is improved after system transformation with the reduction of maximum deviation and adjusting time.关键词
