基层服务型党组织建设动力机制：内涵、功能与构建原则

Abstract
This paper, based on the perspective of system dynamics that constitute the service party organizations at the grass-roots level dynamic mechanism mainly includes the need, goal-oriented mechanism, incentive mechanism, system and mechanism, the supply mechanism and subject integration, openness, structural and nonlinear are the ba-sic characteristics of the construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level power mechanism. Service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level of dynamic mechanism has started, sustain, orientation and regulating functions, such as the constructing principles mainly include organization system principle, scientific principle and pragmatic principle, the principle of moderate foresight.关键词
