政府责任视域下促进青年创业的对策建议--以河北省保定市为例
摘要
Abstract
Nation-wide Entrepreneurship is the current trend of social development, fully exert central govern-ment's leading role in pushing forward youth entrepreneurship, further improve existed regulations and legislations to create a powerful nation-wide entrepreneurship policy system; take advantage of the above system to promote enter-prise pioneers change employment concepts. In order to have a comprehensive and rational knowledge of youth en-trepreneurship, this paper sorts out related entrepreneurship support policies. In this paper,analysis on some bottle-necks which constraint for youth entrepreneurship development. Based on the analysis of the youth entrepreneurship policy deficiencies, some suggestions proposed from perspectives of creating healthy external environment and perfect-ing service mechanism of government to increase employment opportunities and in building a harmonious society.关键词
