Abstract
The law teaching in the colleges and universities in China will foster the legal application of quality talents as the primary goal, and simulates the court teaching as one of the effective ways of practice teaching of law is widely used in legal education in Colleges and universities. Simulates the court teaching mode conforms to the law of the development of legal education, at the same time, to satisfy the basic requirements on the comprehensive qual-ity of legal talent in today's society, in the legal practice teaching plays an important role, is conducive to the culti-vation and improvement of the overall quality of legal talents in Colleges and universities.
