机电类应用型本科人才课外培养实践
摘要
Abstract
A great number of application-oriented talents who master the advanced manufacture technology are the important back-up of the construction of the manufacturing power. The regional engineering colleges are the main bases of training mechanical and electrical application-oriented talents. The extracurricular practice of scientific re-search is the expansion and extension of in-class teaching,and is the important approach of practical and innovative ability training. The regional engineering application-oriented colleges should build up personnel training extracurricular platform positively,form cross-grade and cross-major developing teams, carry out the activities of scientific research to train the specialization interest,creativity and innovation ability and the team cooperation ability of the students. The organization rules of the activities of scientific research are "student-centred,interest-guided,project-driven, process monitoring and target management", and the incentive and safeguard mechanisms should be improved.关键词
