基于学习过程管理的大学生就业竞争能力提升研究

Abstract
Professional competence, the basic element of college students' competitiveness in job market, is main-ly acquired through their learning at school. This paper employs the theory of process management and presents the study from a perspective of strengthening college students' learning process management. In this paper, the author makes proposals for how to perfect the rules and regulations on learning, how to help students make a plan for their academic studies, how to promote students' feedback and respond, what role family education and a teacher can play, in order to improve their professional competence and promote their competitiveness in job market correspondingly.关键词
