摘要

Abstract

As a core course in the curricula for the college undergraduate education in law, Chinese Legal History is of great importance in the legal education of law students. Though now we have various versions of textbooks for the course, many problems still exist in the design of the textbooks such as rigid arrangement, narrow contents, and heavy thickness of the book, which render it difficult for law students to understand and grasp. Therefore, it is impera-tive that the current textbooks should be redesigned and reformed. In terms of the contents, the interdisciplinary barri-ers should be broken down to combine the history of legal system and the history of intellectual thoughts; the text-books should be simplified to meet the teaching requirements of the law students.
