旅游管理本科生酒店顶岗实习改善策略研究--基于利益相关者不满意状况的探讨

Abstract
Organizing students to internship in hotels is an important step during higher education teaching proce-dure in trainingˊ practical skills of students whose major is tourism management. In this part, students, hotels and schools are stakeholders, with each having their own needs of interests. However,under the guidance of Self-interest Maximization Principle, the three sides have interest conflicts and create different levels of unsatisfactory feelings. This paper will systematically analyze the unsatisfactory situation of stakeholders so as to propose corresponding strategies for improvement, thus providing references for tripartite win-win situation among the three shareholders.关键词
