高校思想政治教育“三步渐进式”改革研究

摘要

Abstract

In universities and Colleges, the effectiveness of ideological and political education is not desirable, it is due to the subjects-teachers and students-not having enough participation, the objects-theoretical and practical teaching modes-not reasonable, both of them have failed to form educational resultant force. The author suggests a three-step reform: the first-step is to establish modular theoretical teaching mode which is distinguishing professional directions, the second-step is to establish cooperation practical teaching mode which is taken part in by the ideologi-cal and political teachers, specialized teachers and experts, the third-step is to provide incentive career planning guidance to teachers and students, meeting the professional development demands of teachers and students, then we can expect enhancement of the actual effect of ideological and political education in universities and colleges.
