浅析多模态话语分析理论应用于大学英语口语教学的意义
摘要
Abstract
Although Chinese students' English proficiency has improved gradually, the average level of speaking ability among them is weaker in comparison with the listening, reading, writing and translating skills. Therefore, it is high time that we took measures to find a workable and valuable teaching mode which can improve their speaking proficiency remarkably. Multimodal discourse analysis theory provides a broad space for this goal. The oral English teaching mode based on multimodal discourse analysis theory can provide multimodal meaning expression, effectively improve teaching efficiency, optimize teaching methods, and further improve speaking proficiency. Only in this way, can we promote students to achieve the goals set by College English Curriculum Requirements.关键词
