高职院校培养创新人才协同机制研究--基于知识三角理论的分析

Abstract
Cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational Colleges is a very important research field, and the theory of knowledge triangle is a new perspective for vocational training innovative talent coordination mechanism. This paper ,based on the perspective of this theory, intends to analyze the influence factors of higher vocational col-leges to construct the training innovative talent collaborative mechanism, and explore the ways for higher vocational colleges construct the cooperative mechanism of cultivating innovative talents.关键词
