Abstract
China's comprehensive national strength is increased gradually, the international status is rising, and more and more people in the world began to learn Chinese. China's foreign Chinese teaching development has a very good opportunity, but also faces a lot of challenges. Foreign Chinese teaching is not only a kind of language teach-ing, but also a kind of culture teaching. The relationship between language and culture must be dealt with in foreign Chinese teaching. Students should understand the cultural significance of the Chinese language; they can truly master the Chinese language, the smooth use Chinese to communication. In this paper, related concepts are definitioned, ex-pounding the relationship between language and culture, as well as the significance of cultural teaching in foreign Chinese teaching. The principles of cultural teaching are pointed out, and suggest the methods of culture teaching in foreign Chinese language.关键词
