医学院校大学生积极品质发展现状及其培养路径
摘要
Abstract
The present study investigatedthe development of positive character of 252 students in medical univer-sity by using Value in Action Inventory ofStrengths. The results showed that: among students in medical university, (1)the global level of positive character was above average.(2)In the 24 positive characters, the top five factors were kindness, love, gratitude, justice and honesty.(3)Some factors of positive character have sinificant differences in demo-graphic variables. Based on the survey results, suggestions of the cultivation of positive characteramong students in medical university were put porward.关键词
