心理情感因素与公务员英语培训有效性探讨

Abstract
Under the background of globalization, cross-cultural awareness has become more and more important for civil servants. A survey was conducted on civil servants' desire on English training, which has found out that special attention shall be paid to the affective factors of civil servants such as motivation and anxiety, which are somewhat different from that of other learning groups. After analyzing the affective factors of civil servants, this paper has come up with specific measures on how to stimulate civil servants' English learning motivation and adjust their level of anxiety, by which the effectiveness of civil service English Training shall be enhanced.关键词
