高职院校以人为本学生管理模式探讨
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the management of students in Higher Vocational Colleges, this paper expoundsed the concept of people-oriented student management to adapt to the development of the times and social needs. It was the nature of higher vocational education to make a clear career development. It was necessary to adopt the human based management model for students. At the same time, put forward the concrete suggestion of constructing the people-oriented student management mode. Promote higher vocational students' management work earnestly implement the people-oriented concept.关键词
