Abstract
In recent years,there are all kinds of public emergencies in Colleges and Universities, and there is a growing momentum. Campus security and order is a serious challenge. Combined background, face of campus emer-gencies should use advanced science and technology to actively respond .Establish the universities emergency cloud system. Building emergency cloud system, start from the characteristics of the college emergency and the current problems.Clear emergency cloud system advantages. Details of the construction of emergency cloud system. Aims to make the emergency cloud system better applied to the emergency management of the emergency management in Col-leges and universities.关键词
