生态翻译学视角下的陕西特色美食翻译研究
摘要
Abstract
Shaanxi, as one of the cradles of Chinese nation and civilization, is famous for its distinctive culture of local flavors. Meanwhile, Eco-translatology, a new translating theory, provides a different perspective and principle for translating activity. This paper aims at contributing for the cultural development of Chinese traditional diet and the communication between Chinese and western diet culture based on the theory of Eco-translatology and from three dimensions including language, communication and culture.关键词
