摘要

Abstract

The gap between the increasingly severe employment situation and the higher vocational students' self desire is an important reason for the psychological crisis of Higher Vocational Graduates' employment. In order to further understand the employment psychology, this study has been investigated in Jiangsu for some questions, such as self cognition, professional awareness, employment thinking, rational pursuit, awareness training, human nature contradiction and education assessment. Through the employment of psychological AHP analysis, we found that the self awareness is weak,professional identity is low, the gap between employment expectations and practice is large and so on, to further improve the teaching training and employment psychological guiding.
