论高职院校教学督导工作机制的构建--以长沙职业技术学院教学督导工作为例

Abstract
The teaching supervision work in higher vocational colleges, teaching reform is to promote education, improve the quality of teaching. Changsha vocational and technical college has established departments two levels of teaching supervision management mode, the establishment of a more effective teaching supervision mechanism. To build and perfect the teaching supervision work mechanism need to work from the supervision system and the con-struction supervision, the supervision information feedback and so on aspects, constantly improve the teaching super-vision work and management level.关键词
