Abstract
The current vigorous development of higher vocational education, essential personnel training mode of higher vocational education, determines the success or failure of higher vocational education. "2 + 1" training mode has become the trend of the development of vocational training model, many different professions Vocational College is implementing the "2 + 1" training mode, highlight the practical teaching, improve students' ability. This paper de-scribes practical vocational "2 + 1" training mode advantages and disadvantages, and propose appropriate countermea-sures and suggestions.关键词
