Abstract
The key cause of the current situation of university students' employment tension is one of the college students' ability and the requirement of position is not consistent. This article selects students of business management as the research object, using interview method to build business management type of college students' employment a-bility structure model, USES the questionnaire survey to understand business management class cognition on college students' employment ability of college students, to explore to improve business management class the main channel of university students' employment competence.关键词
