独立学院《集成电路工艺基础》课程教学改革研究

Abstract
Combining electronic science and technology applied talents training model in independence colleges, the teaching reform are discussed on the "integrated circuit process foundation" course. With the author's teaching practice, the teaching mode, teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods of the course are introduced. Stressed that "sunshine state of mind, happy teaching and studying" concept, we try to effectively mobilize the enthu-siasm of students, promote the development of students' learning ability and practical ability to train qualified elec-tronic information applied talents.关键词
