民办高校转型发展期经贸人才培养模式的探索

Abstract
The personnel training in Colleges and universities is an effective way to transport high quality talents for the country and the society. As a result of the economic society and the development of higher education, the private colleges and universities are also responsible for the training of talents and plays a more and more important role. With the change of social demand, the increase of the pressure of competition in Colleges and universities, the development of private colleges and universities should seek a long-term and stable way. Based on the international trade and economic cooperation of Changchun Institute of Finance and economics, this paper is to establish the basic ideas of "thick foundation, wide adaptability, focus on practical ability and innovation ability", and gradually build and build a new model of economic and trade talents training with the characteristics of private colleges and univer-sities.关键词
