大蒜素联合维生素对复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of allicin combined with vitamin in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU).Methods 108 patients with ROU in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were selected and divided into two groups.Patients in control group were given Kangfuxin oral solution, while patients in observation group were given allicin combined with vitamin B2.Compared clinical efficacy of two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 98.15％, significantly higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Pain degree and T lymphocyte subsets test results of observation group significantly improved compared with control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Allicin combined with vitamin B2 in the treatment of ROU has a significant effect, which not only can effectively relieve pain symptoms, but also can regulate the immune status of patients, worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
