摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of porcelain teeth combined with removable denture in the restoration of elderly patients with severe dental attrition complicated with tooth loss.Methods From May, 2012 to May, 2013, 32 elderly patients with severe dental attrition complicated with tooth loss were selected from our hospital.All the patients were dentally restored with porcelain teeth and removable denture.The restoration effect was observed.Results After the treatment, the absorbance value, chewiness, and temporo-mandibular joint function were greatly improved (P＜0.05);the patients were quite satisfied with the restoration.After the treatment, the patients had no obvious discomforts.Conclusions Porcelain teeth combined with removable denture in the restoration of elderly patients with severe dental attrition complicated with tooth loss is effective and is worth being generalized.关键词
