Abstract
Objective To explore and analyzed the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing care for children with epilepsy.Methods The hospital data of 110 children diagnosed with epilepsy and treated at our hospital from September, 2013 to June, 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into an experimental group(n=53) and a control group(n=57) according to different nursing modes.The control group received routine care intervention and the experimental group comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing course was 2 months.After the nursing intervention,the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree in both groups were observed and compared.After one year follow up, the clinical efficacies were compared between these too groups.Results The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P＜0.05).The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 86.8％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with epilepsy can increase the patients' treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree and is highly effective and worth being clinically generalized.关键词
