Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with clomifene citrate capsules in the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility.Methods 100 cases of ovulatory disorder infertility in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group.Control group received clomifene citrate capsules,and experimental group received Huoxue Bushen decoction on the basis of control group.Results The total efficiency in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (92.00％ vs.74.00％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).After treatment,follicle size,endometrial thickness in experimental group were significantly larger than those in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The level of LH after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in both two groups,while the level of P was significantly higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05);the level of LH of experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group,and the level of P was significantly higher than that of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Bushen decoction combined with clomifene citrate capsules in the treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility has significant clinical efficacy,which can significantly increase follicle size,endometrial thickness of patients,with important clinical significance.关键词
